Please Read Carefully

Once your order is placed, you will we begin production of your custom t-shirt or graduation stole. During this time you will receive two mock ups of your order. Custom items are made specifically for you, and as such, we do not offer refunds for products that have already been produced or shipped.
Please carefully check the sizing guide and your custom design before placing your order. If you receive an item with a sizing error, or the customization does not match your specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the issue with a replacement, or if the error is on our part, we will issue a full refund.

All deposits made to confirm a booking are non-refundable. This deposit secures your reservation and covers initial administrative costs.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Payments made are non-refundable once processed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Event:
- If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to the event date, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Event:
- If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the event, you will be refunded 50% of the total booking fee, minus the non-refundable deposit.
